You can help us by volunteering. We need approximately 20 to 30 people to make each event happen. We may even request groups show up in shifts...that way no one is too tired to work.

I, undersigned, hereby represent that I have volunteered to participate in working on a worksite that includes, but is not limited to, exterior painting, shoveling and planting trees or shrubs, and simple building maintenance at a neighborhood or private property cleanup/maintenance program and have read the safety recommendations associated with the program. I acknowledge and am aware that participation in this program has inherent risks and hazards. I understand that it is my responsibility to be aware of my physical condition and will refrain from doing any physical activities beyond my capabilities. I agree to hold Rally Boynton and the property (Worksite Location), its officers, Board of Directors, its employees, sponsors & partners harmless, and hereby release the same, from and against any and all liability, claims, demands, and expenses, including court costs and reasonable attorney fees, on account of any property damage, bodily injury, sickness, demand, or other loss of any kind whatsoever, which arise out of or are in any manner connected with the work to be performed. In case of emergency, accident, or illness, I give my permission to be treated by a professional medical person and admitted to a hospital, if necessary. I agree to be the party responsible for all medical expenses, which are incurred on my behalf. I hereby authorize Rally Boynton, the Worksite Location & their sponsors sole and exclusive rights to use, publish, copy, print, copyright or electronically transfer any or all photographs, video, or audio clips taken by me or of me before, during, and after any Rally Boynton activity, event or function. I also agree that Rally Boynton, the Worksite Location & their sponsors may use such photographs, video, and audio recordings taken by me or of me with or without my consent or the use of my name for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to; publicity, illustration, advertising, marketing, copywriting and Web content. I hereby irrevocably authorize Rally Boynton, the Worksite Location & and their sponsors/partners to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute this media for Rally Boynton activities, events, and functions or for any other lawful purpose. In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including a written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of any of these photographs, video, or audio clips. I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge the Rally Boynton, the Worksite Location & and their sponsors/partners from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization. All volunteers are required to adhere to CDC Guidelines on the day of the event. I agree to have fun and enjoy the project we are working to improve.
